Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Lustland (the “Service”), including our website, course portal, and any content, courses, and downloadable materials we make available. By creating an account, purchasing, or accessing any content, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

The Service and its content are intended for adults. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, if higher) to create an account, make a purchase, or access any content. By using the Service you represent that you meet this requirement.

2. Accounts and Access

Access to purchased courses requires signing in with your email address via a one-time sign-in code. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your email account and for all activity that occurs under your account. Access is personal to you and tied to your purchases; you may not share, transfer, or sell your account or access credentials.

3. Purchases and Payment

Prices for courses and materials are stated at the point of purchase. You agree to provide accurate purchase information and authorize us (and our payment processors) to charge the applicable amounts. Access to purchased content is typically granted promptly after a successful purchase.

4. Refunds

We want you to get real value from what you learn. Our refund policy depends on the product:

• Courses — 3-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with a course, email us at hello@lustland.io within 3 days of your purchase and we will issue a full refund.
• LUT packs and other downloadable products — all sales final. Because these are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, they are non-refundable.

Refund requests outside the 3-day course window, and requests for downloadable products, cannot be honored except where a refund is required by applicable law. If you believe there has been a billing error, contact us at hello@lustland.io.

5. License to Use Content

Subject to these Terms and your purchase, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and view the courses you have purchased, and to use any downloadable materials (such as presets or LUT packs) for your own personal and professional creative work. You may not:

• copy, record, download (except where a download is expressly provided), redistribute, publicly display, or resell any course videos or content;
• share your account or provide others access to content you purchased;
• redistribute, sublicense, or resell downloadable materials as your own; or
• use the content to create a competing course or product.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Service — including videos, text, graphics, presets, LUTs, logos, and the Lustland name and branding — is owned by Lustland or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. Except for the limited license above, no rights are transferred to you.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to gain unauthorized access, circumventing access controls or paywalls, scraping or bulk-downloading content, or interfering with the Service’s operation or security.

8. Educational Disclaimer

Our courses are provided for educational and informational purposes. We do not guarantee any particular results, income, or outcomes from applying the material. Content is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lustland and its owners, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the product giving rise to the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service or any content if you breach these Terms (including by sharing or redistributing content). Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service will be resolved in the courts located in Texas, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
