This Privacy Policy explains how Lustland (“we”, “us”) collects, uses, and protects your personal information when you use our website and course portal (the “Service”). We aim to collect only what we need to give you access to the courses you’ve purchased.

1. Information We Collect

• Account information: your email address, which we use to sign you in and to identify your purchases.
• Purchase and entitlement records:which courses and products you own. Some of these records were migrated from our previous platforms (see “Service Providers” below).
• Communications: messages you send us (for example, support requests to hello@lustland.io).
• Limited technical data: basic information needed to keep the Service secure and working, such as session cookies.

We do not collect payment card numbers directly; payments are handled by our payment processors.

2. How We Use Your Information

• to authenticate you and provide access to the courses and materials you’ve purchased;
• to send you transactional emails, such as your sign-in codes;
• to respond to your support requests;
• to operate, secure, and improve the Service; and
• to comply with legal obligations.

3. Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in and to operate the Service. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. See our Cookie Policy for details.

4. Service Providers

We share personal information with trusted service providers only as needed to run the Service. These include:

• Supabase — authentication and database (accounts and purchase records);
• Cloudflare — media storage and delivery of course videos and downloads;
• Resend — sending transactional email (such as sign-in codes);
• Payment processors — to process purchases; and
• Prior platforms (such as GoHighLevel and Kajabi) — from which existing customer and purchase records were migrated.

We do not sell your personal information.

5. Data Retention

We keep your account and purchase information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you access to what you’ve purchased, and as required for legal, accounting, or security purposes.

6. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. To make a request, email us at hello@lustland.ioand we’ll respond as required by applicable law.

7. Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information, including access controls and short-lived, purchase-checked links for course media. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Children

The Service is intended for adults (18+) and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.

We may update this Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above.
